Because of the number of students that move in during Pitt Arrival, you will be assigned a specific move-in time in your Pitt email. Please make every effort to adhere to the move-in date and time assigned to you. Early arrivals must be approved by Panther Central. Please remember that your arrival time has been scheduled with your health and safety in mind.
Students will receive an email with their Notice of Housing Assignment to their University of Pittsburgh email in mid-July which will include their assigned move-in date and time and parking pass. Please print the parking pass and fill it out before you leave home.

You will need to log into your housing portal and confirm that you have read these prior to moving in. Each resident may only bring two 2 move in helpers to assist with their move in. Residents and move in helpers must wear face coverings masks during the move in process. Label all items with your name, hall and room number. Please bring any carts or dollies needed for your move in process with you. There will not be equipment available at the buildings. Move In volunteers will not be available this year to carry items to your room due to the need for social distancing and limiting person-to-person contact.
All items must be brought to your room by you and your helpers.

Housing will make tours of the residence halls available during the fall semester in coordination with the resumption of UNT Eagle Ambassador campus tours. That is currently projected to be available following Labor Day, September 8th but may be subject to further extension. To meet the needs of prospective students, Housing will provide a guided tour of residence halls to offer a chance to view a typical vacant room.

Grand Canyon University (GCU) offers suite-style student housing accommodations in all of our residence halls for both freshmen and upperclassmen. Welcome mat GCU begins enrolling new students up to two terms prior to their start date.
Visitation hours in all campus residential areas are set by mutual agreement among roommates or suitemates at the beginning of each year or when occupancy changes. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests and must be present for the duration of the visit. If, at any time, the number of guests present in a room poses an issue in the community due to noise or other violations of the Student Conduct Code, staff may direct them to leave the room or apartment.
This unit includes a microwave the only microwave allowed in residence halls or suites , a refrigerator and a zero-degree freezer. All orders placed by the advertised deadline date will be delivered to your room before the main scheduled move-in date. First-year students will be able select their housing assignment in May Incoming freshmen should check their Clemson University email on the evening of May 15 for their time slot, which will indicate the date and time they will be able to log in and select their housing assignment.
You will have the option to request up to three roommates of your choice. You will create and confirm your roommate group in step one of the sign-up process, and the deadline to complete this step is 12 p. Residence Hall Closing & Opening Dates
Move in will take place over a three day period. Each student will be assigned a specific move in day. You will receive your assigned move in day via email by August 7th. You cannot request a specific date, but if the date you are assigned does not work for your schedule, you will need to contact your building’s Residence Hall Coordinator. We will not be taking early arrival requests this year.
